Janine Harrison, Pastry Sous Chef

Janine Harrison was the Head Pastry Chef at HollyHedge from 2009 to 2019, she has since gone into semi-retirement enjoying her personal time, but yet still connecting with HollyHedge couples. Janine has over 35 years of experience in the pastry arts.  Her career has been bookended by working with Joe – starting in the late 1970s at Mother’s Restaurant in New Hope, PA – and now at HollyHedge where she working part-time with the rest of the team. Janine brings an artist’s eye to her culinary displays having trained at the then Philadelphia College of the Arts (now the University of the Arts).

Janine recently joined the proud club of grandparents at HollyHedge, welcoming her grandson into the world in 2014.
