Jose’s work has been featured in Home and Garden and Colonial Home magazines, and he has won awards for this beautiful arrangements and displays of food. He is a master chef skilled in multiple culinary disciplines. His wealth of experience allows HollyHedge to bring restaurant quality food to every party or event. He is truly an artist.
When not working – which is very rarely – he spends time with his two beautiful children, Tirza and Renzo, and keeps track of the latest futbol scores from around the globe.
